Biography

Craig Inabnet, CEO

A Human Resources professional with over 25 years
experience, including: staffing, benefits administration, legal
compliance, labor relations and plant safety program
development, employee relations, compensation
administration and payroll administration.

Mr. Inabnet has experience at all levels of the Human
Resources function including Staffing Generalist, Staffing
Manager and Industrial Relations/Safety Specialist for a
large, multinational engineering and construction firm
involved in the design, procurement and construction of
refineries and petrochemical plant facilities; Human
Resources Manager for a Houston based Civil Consulting
firm; Regional Human Resources Manager for an
International engineering and construction firm; and Human
Resources Director for a municipality serving a population of
approximately 70,000.

Experience in providing:
> Key contract personnel for short or long term assignments
> Workers’ Compensation and employer liability insurance
> HR audits to determine solutions to organizational issues
  involving legal compliance, construction related plant
  safety programs, and employee relations issues
> Team-building and staff asset management
> Effective plant safety programs, legal compliance, benefits
  administration and compensation administration

B.S. degree in Management and Organizational Behavior
M.A. degree in Management from the Ohio University

SPHR Certification - Senior Professional in Human Resources

He maintains his knowledge of human resources trends and
issues through a program of continuing education and
membership in national human resources organizations.
